Dispute resolution:
The link to the EU’s online dispute resolution platform is ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. I am not obliged, nor am I generally willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer ombudsman.

Alternative dispute resolution:
For disputes between lawyers and their clients, it is possible to apply for alternative dispute resolution  from the regional RAK SAAR (in accordance with section 73 par. 2 (3) in conjunction with section 73 par. 5 BRAO) or the resolution body for the legal profession (section 191f BRAO) in the German Federal Bar Association (Bundesrechtsanwaltskammer, BRAK), which can be found on the internet via the homepage of BRAK (www.brak.de/), email: schlichtungsstelle@brak.de, postal address: Schlichtungsstelle der Rechtsanwaltschaft, Rauchstr. 26, 10787 Berlin.
