As a general counsel, I will operate as an “outsourced” legal department of your company. This role involves providing advice to the company’s management and supervisory body in all legal matters. My services also include representation in court or support in selecting and supervising an external suitable lawyer.

In the role of corporate secretary, I will support the efficient administration of your company. This primarily involves the documentation and implementation of decisions taken by the company’s management and supervisory board, as well as compliance with statutes and applicable laws. 

In the role of independant director (supervisory board), I only serve commercial companies under the Luxembourgish law of 1915.
